You need to open using latest Adobe Reader
I am so excited about this- although daunting it only has to be done ONCE YIPPPEEEEEE!
It’s blank for me too… Has anyone successfully opened it?
I was able to open it. Since the PDF contains a “rich embed” you must open in in the latest version of Adobe Reader. Other PDF tools, like Document Viewer, Sumatra PDF, and others are unable to view this type of content.
