Hello [wlm_firstname],

[box title=”AS Plugin Tips” color=”#333333″]
- Install the plugin via WordPress plugin uploads page like any other plugin from your computer (keep the file zipped). That is under “Plugins” then “Add New” and then “Upload”
- Update your permalink settings to any other option besides the default permalink structure. This is located under “Settings” then “Permalinks”
- To use this plugin, you have to be editing a page or post inside your WordPress. Below the editor will be the Amazing System options.
- Copy and paste your form code from 1Shop into the special box below the editor in any page or post. To see this area, you have to be editing a page.
- The thank you url should be the URL of the page inside WordPress that you want people to arrive on after they submit. Make sure to add /.php at the end i.e. http://MyWordPressSite.com/e-promo-kit/.php If you try submitting the form and get a page cannot be found error, try changing your permalink settings to something else saving. Then go ahead and change them back and save. Try submitting the form again.
- If using text areas, make sure to change the <> characters to [] instead. If you don’t, the page will break and will be un-editable. If this happens to you, simply hit the back button on your browser and try to remove those <> symbols and re-save.

Updated Sample Swap/Merge Codes are here in Evernote
[box title=”Sample Swap Code” color=”#333333″]
This is based off of field14 being child gender. If you’re child gender is something else, just replace field14 in the shortcode.
[sourcecode language=”plain”][gender boy="him" girl="her" multi="them" req="field14"][/sourcecode]

[box title=”Another Sample Swap Code” color=”#333333″]
This one is an example of boy and girl saying the same thing but multi being the one that displays a different variable. Our WordPress plugin is highly flexible!
[sourcecode language=”plain”][as what="field12"] [[gender boy="is" girl="is" multi="are" req="field14"]][/sourcecode]

[box title=”Sample Merge Fields” color=”#333333″]
If you want to be able to say, “Dear [wlm_firstname]”, then you’ll use a merge code. Keep in mind the merge code structure is different than what they are in the autoresponders.
Prospect/Customer Firstname:
[sourcecode language=”plain”][as what="firstname"][/sourcecode]
Customer/Prospect’s Full Name (this typically merges into the booking form name field)
[sourcecode language=”plain”][as what="Name"][/sourcecode]
Child’s name (based on field12 being the child’s name inside 1Shop)
[sourcecode language=”plain”][as what="field12"][/sourcecode]
Customer/Prospect’s Email address (this typically merges into the booking form email field)
[sourcecode language=”plain”][as what="Email1"][/sourcecode]

Big thanks to Inner Circle member Scott Lesovic for developing such an amazing plugin for the Amazing System!
